I love your app, but I really miss the movie and TV series randomizer from those on the watch list.

Great app love how it helps me keep track of the many shows i watch, but it still freezes and needs a lot of reloading

Great app. It has considerably more features than the one I was previously using. One bug I have come across is the widgets go blank if I use the iOS Tint feature. I have also noticed it to be a little slow at times like other reviews have mentioned. But nothing crazy, still usable. Feature requests as of now are (1) to add an option to filter which streaming services are shown under “where to watch” so we don’t have to scroll through all the options to find if a streaming service we use is even listed. (2) filters stay set so we don’t have set them every time. I prefer alphabetical, it’s a little annoying to have to set it every time I look at all the shows I have added. (3) It could be helpful to have each episode time length listed on watch list, upcoming, and episode details. (4) It would be nice to have an option for the small square widget. These are just a few minor things I have noticed so far. But in the one day I’ve been using it I prefer it way more to the app I have been using for many years before this one.

Update 4/7/2025- recently it’s been so incredibly BUGGY!! Please optimize this app. It NEEDS it. Tons of episodes wont get counted as watched even tho I have clicked that I have watched it. I don’t get it. Been using this app for years and years and for the past 2 months it’s been almost unusable. I’ve been using this app for six years. I love it so much!! I use this more than any other app in my phone.

Love this app, especially when Netflix and others reset what you’ve watched. However, for the year or two I’ve used the amount of times the app won’t load and takes forever to load is annoying. I hope it is something being worked on. Typically takes me a 3-4 refreshes everytime I want to see shows I’m watching

whats wrong with all the recent technical issues? very dysfunctional nothing is working.

The app is good but it stop correctly tracking shows I try everything it say it will work and still don’t want to track the show

This is a great app and it makes it so easy to track all the shows I’m watching. The only recommendation I have is it would be great to be able to note which network or streaming service I’m watching a show on.

I’d like to be able to add more info to my page, like interests, my age, etc, but there isn’t an option yet. There also isn’t an option to chat with friends. That would be a nice addition too.

This app is a game changer. It’s so helpful to keep track of all my shows. I couldn’t live without it. My only beef is wishing could tag which network or service I personally watch each show on. That can be super frustrating when there are so many options.

I’ll be watching a show and have 6 episodes until I’m caught up but will say I have over 100 episodes to watch before I am caught up.

Requires access to full library to add photos. That shouldn’t be required! Comments become hidden and aren’t visible for no reason. Make an option so a poster’s comments are always categorized under a selected language. Latest update didn’t fix either! A fifth update, still the same problems.

Ever since a recent update the app is not registering when I click watched on an episode. Please bug fix this as it is causing a lot of confusion and no longer accurately tracking shows as it is intended. It used to work fine.

The developer team definitely works their butt off to make this app better and better, but it would still benefit from a lot of of user experience boosting features. Let us search movies/tv shows by genre or director or actors!! Let us favorite episodes!! Let us be able to mark things as watched in the past!! Or better yet, make it so we can mark a show started at a specific episode and not have to worry about watching the ones before in order to mark the show finished. The discover tab needs some work too, I feel like it only ever recommends things in theaters rather than what I’ve been shown to enjoy. Also, rewatching shows is such a pain because it doesn’t show up in your currently watching page AND you can’t do the mark previous episodes watched thing

This app is wonderful!! It helps me keep up with all of the shows I watch and let's me know when they are available. It's my TV guide!

My log shows delete after a while and the app is buggy

I’ve been a member since it came out. My app is now saying the shows and movies I’ve added to my watch list is completely empty now.

I think this is the first review i’ve ever left for an app. It’s like a Letterbox for TV and has crafted such an amazing community. Worth having on your phone.

I love this app so 4.5 stars! What I’d love even more is if instead of just following people you could friend them and chat with them (if they approve obviously) turn this into a social media app and I’d be in love!

Seriously. Also, please never let anything happen to it. I have every movie and tv show I’ve ever marked, every watch, some over 100 times (thanks for that update letting us see by the way!). The best app. Love y’all. <3

I’m not receiving notifications anymore otherwise I like keeping track of my shows. Keep getting network error occurred. Waiting on a response for five days by email 😴😣

I really enjoy this app with the ease of adding things and the UI/visuals. My one qualm is I would love an option to filter “Watch Next” by genre. I have too many movies on there and want to be able to scroll and pick based on genre/mood instead of having to look through hundreds ranging from horror to romance to animated.

been using this app for over 10 years and i have pretty much nothing bad to say! just one feature request that i think should be fairly easy to implement: when I mark an episode as rewatched, I'd like a popup that asks if i want to mark all earlier episodes as rewatched as well

I use this app in conjunction with Letterboxd and Goodreads; all of my media tracking needs are met! This is perfect for keeping track of your shows and compiling lists of your previous watched (and rewatched) favs. On top of that, your friends who have the app do the same and it’s a blast! I love seeing what my friends are watching!

This is a great app. It keeps me informed of upcoming series and counts the days down. Only negative there are times I mark an episode as watched and it still shows up as not watched. Sometimes I wait until the next episode airs and I can mark them both off at the same time.

There’s an update for this app almost every single week and not one visual improvement.

Works well as advertised except in situations where it doesn’t and those are infuriating. Some shows almost never update properly (eg. The Daily Show). Some show up in upcoming but after they come out don’t appear on your watchlist. Sometimes you mark a show as watched and it just pops right back up as not watched. The lack of accuracy in an app whose sole purpose is tracking things is very frustrating. And when I’ve reached out to customer service about the issues they just say there are errors in the database they pull data from. It’s the service equivalent of a shrug emoji.

I've been using TV Time for 7 years and I love it. Especially ever since they added movie tracking. My one complaint is a lack of social features. They even stripped away some features. > Please bring back the ability to have links to other social media accounts on your profile. > Maybe have an option to comment on people's profiles or direct message people. It'd be really cool to socialize with people who like the same content as you. > Please make it so you can share your profile and have people browse it without downloading the app. It would allow people to publicly put their TV Time account link on their profiles elsewhere. Then point to them when people ask about your TV show tastes. Similar to how people do it with LastFM for music tracking or Spotify. As it is right now, it forces people to get on mobile and sign up. I've tried to share my account url when people ask what I watch. However they don't want to sign up immediately or aren't on mobile at the moment. It's harder to convince new people to download if they can't see how great the app is for tracking. As well, with the new group section. Make it so you can see who made get notifications when someone replies. If you add more social features, this app will grow in popularity guaranteed.

I mainly use this app to mark down movies and shows i’ve completed it has nearly every movie and tv show including alot of animes. Good app to keep track of everything i’ve seen. Would be nice if there was way to just type in an actors name and movies they starred/appeared in came up same for franchises aswell, but unfortunately you gotta search the movies and shows by the title.

When it works its great. Unfortunatly sometimes you can’t remove episodes from list of what to watch next.

The concept is good, but it is confusing as to whether I’m checking the box because I’ve seen the movie or because I want to see the movie. I can’t find the list of movies I’ve marked as seen. And I would like to put movies into categories. I would also like to tell the app what movies I do not want to see suggested anymore, either by genre or by specific movie.

Layout could be better, it’s not easy and is confusing. I should not have to hunt down the episode list on another screen to update the seasons I have finished when I add shows with multiple seasons already passed. And it looks like shows disappear from your list at times even though they don’t. The app keeps crashing on me and turning my phone screen black. And don’t accidentally click that you finished a show you did not finish, it almost takes an act of congress to get the app to recognize that you changed it back to unwatched

This app is amazing and makes me more excited to watch more tv shows and movies. It even tells you what movies are coming and when. Hopefully the developers don’t jinx it cuz every time an app goes famous they start to break it with bugs.

I feel like with every update this app just keeps getting worst. Now when I add shows to my list, it wont even show up in my watch next listing. Even after checking off a few episodes, the other episodes won’t show in my watch next list. So stupid.

I like this app to keep track of my shows, but the one thing that doesn’t work correctly is the where to watch. I have 10 subscription services listed, but every show only lists Dish Anywhere, which is one thing that I don’t have.

Best way to track tv shows and movies on multiple streaming services never miss an episode

Love this app but would love it even more if I could manually sort lists. My lists are loooong and would love to put shows I’m currently watching at the top.

Request: I would like to group shows by studio / streaming service. Keeping track of what I’m watching shouldn’t feel like a second job, but with everything spread across a dozen streaming services, it’s easy to lose track. This app completely fixes that. It remembers exactly where I left off—whether I finished a season, the whole series, or just bailed midway—and it even tells me where to stream things. This is one of those apps that just works. It’s simple, intuitive, and actually makes my life easier instead of adding another layer of nonsense to deal with. To the developers: This is exactly what the modern media landscape needed, and you nailed it. Please keep going. The work you’re doing here is making things way better for people who love TV and movies but don’t have the time or energy to manage their own personal database. If you’re thinking about downloading it—just do it.

Not all shows are populating when a new season starts and after I watch an episode the show forever falls off my currently watching list. It’s becoming quite frustrating.

Can’t check off watched shows on “watch list” page but can on “upcoming” page. Otherwise, couldn’t stream without it.

Make sure to read their privacy terms and then delete the app. I was a fan of sidereel and it broke. On the prowl for a new site, I stumbled on tv time. Onward to finding a better one.

I love using this to keep track, I just wish there were more filter options when browsing. Also if there was an option to choose between what you’re currently watching, haven’t watched in a while and haven’t started yet. I have a ton of shows saved and have to scroll a long ways to get to the last category and sometimes it refreshes and I have to do it again. :)

I love this app, HOWEVER, I want to be able to sort the watchlist alphabetically!!

I have used this app for many years. I have loved it. Unfortunately, with the newest update it doesn’t check off the shows when I want to mark them as watched. I have tried many times and it doesn’t matter. They are still showing unwatched. Please fix the bug in the new update.
